Why Better Made Simple?
What makes Better Made Simple different? Better Made Simple was founded by drug development veterans with a combined 60+ years of experience. We know what goes into products — and more importantly, what shouldn't. We created our soaps because we believed there had to be a better way to care for your skin without unnecessary chemicals or hidden ingredients. Simple, honest products you can feel good about.
What's in your soap? We believe in honest ingredients — nothing more, nothing less. Our soaps are free of parabens, sulfates, and dyes. No hidden nasties, no ingredient you can't pronounce and don't need.
Are your products vegan? Yes. All Better Made Simple products are vegan friendly.
Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. We never test on animals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Our soaps are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Free of harsh chemicals, dyes, and sulfates, they're gentle enough for everyday use. If you have a specific skin condition or known allergy, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $10.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders placed after 5pm CT will begin processing the next business day. Once shipped via USPS, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–13 business days.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify. If you've opened your product but haven't used it, reach out to us — we'll work with you.
What are my options if I need to return something? We offer a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. The choice is yours.
How do I start a return? Email us at bettermadesimple@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return. In some cases we may ask for a photo of the item or issue to help us process things quickly.
Who pays for return shipping? We cover return shipping if you received a damaged or defective item, the wrong item, or experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products. In all other cases return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does it take to receive my refund or store credit? Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.
What if I have an allergic reaction? Please stop use immediately and contact us at bettermadesimple@gmail.com. We take skin sensitivities seriously and will work with you to make it right. We cover return shipping in these cases and may ask for photos to better understand the situation.
